Swedish organic sales increased by 9.3 % in 2017
The total food market was valued at approximately SEK 300 billion (€30 billion) in 2017, including retail, Foodservice and Systembolaget. According to Statistics Sweden, the Consumer Price Index (CPI), food prices rose by about 2 percent in 2017.
